Everything was simply perfect. Liked Jizan, the hotel was nice in the middle of jackson. Our a double room included a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing desk. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were polite and excellent.

The language barrier with the staff created some communication issues during breakfast as none of them spoke English.

Christmas at this hotel wasn't the worst, but it definitely wasn't the best either. The breakfast situation was the worst. As they didn't have the room, they only served breakfast in-room.
